3 May 2008 - Visit to Paisley Beer Festival, Paisley Town Hall

On the 3rd May, the Lodge ran it's second social event of 2008 by paying a visit to the Paisley Beer Festival.
The Festival runs every year around the same time and continues to grow in popularity attracting nearly 3000 people over the 4 day event.

This was the 21st Beer festival held in the Town hall and featured beer from all over the country along with a selection of real country Ciders & Perrys, as well as an extensive selection of Foreign Beers & Lagers available on draft and bottle.
The RWM accompanied by 5 brethern of the Lodge managed to sample a goodly selection of ales and munch there way through and goodly pile of German sausages (James !). We had much pleasure to meet many other brethern, from both within and out with the province, and happly renewed many an old friendship. All agreed it was an excellent afternoon out and definately something to be added to next years calander.
Thanks to all who came and look forward to meet and greet you all again next year.
